Operator — sole proprietor Zholdoshev Ramis Nasyrovich, taxpayer number 22711200001185, Kyrgyz Republic.

Platform — the website at syndyr.kg and its related software.

Advertiser — a person who has placed a listing on the Platform or intends to place one.

Listing — the set of details about the Advertiser’s product or service shown in the public list: name, description, link and icon.

Ranking — the order in which Listings appear in the public list.

Paid amount — the total funds paid by the Advertiser for a particular Listing.

2.1. Making a payment for placing a Listing constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2.2. By making a payment, the Advertiser confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.

3.1. The Operator provides the Advertiser with the service of placing a Listing in the public list on the Platform. The payment is charged for that placement service.

3.2. The position of a Listing in the Ranking is determined by the Paid amount: the more is paid, the higher the Listing stands.

3.3. The Listing of every Advertiser who has paid remains on the Platform. Paid funds do not expire and are not cancelled — a Listing can only move down when other Advertisers pay larger amounts.

3.4. The Platform is not a bidding process, an auction, a lottery, gambling or any game based on chance. There is no winning, losing, risk or randomness here: the result of a payment is known in advance and depends solely on the amount paid.

3.5. The Operator provides an advertising placement service only. The Operator is not responsible for the quality of the Advertiser’s goods or services and has no involvement with them.

4.1. The minimum amount for placing a new Listing is 200 som.

4.2. To place a Listing above an existing one, the payment must exceed that Listing’s Paid amount by at least 100 som or by 5 percent — whichever is greater.

4.3. Subsequent payments for the same Listing are added to the amounts paid earlier.

4.4. Payment is made in som through the Finik payment service. The service is deemed rendered from the moment the Listing appears in the public list.

4.5. Paid funds are not refunded, as the placement service is rendered once and in full at the moment of payment.

5.1. The link in a Listing must lead to a working resource that belongs to the Advertiser or is placed with their knowledge.

5.2. Listings are prohibited if they contain or advertise: goods and services restricted or prohibited by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic; pornographic material; calls to violence or incitement of hatred; financial pyramids and knowingly false information; malicious software; third-party trademarks without the rights holder’s permission.

5.3. Listings are reviewed after placement. The Operator may hide a Listing that violates clause 5.2 without refunding the funds paid.

5.4. The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of the Listing and for holding the rights to the materials used.

6.1. The Platform is provided on an «as is» basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

6.2. The Operator is not liable for the Advertiser’s lost profit or for the results of a Listing, including the number of clicks and enquiries.

6.3. The Operator’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the Advertiser for the relevant Listing.

7.1. The Platform does not collect or store visitors’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses.

7.2. Visits are counted using a cookie with a random identifier not linked to any person. Country, device type and the referring domain are stored in anonymised form.

7.3. The details provided by the Advertiser in a Listing are published in the public list at their own will.

8.1. The Operator may amend this offer. A new version takes effect once it is published on the Platform.

8.2. Services already rendered are governed by the version in force at the moment of payment.

9.1. This offer is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9.2. The parties shall resolve disputes through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Operator’s location.
